Cerinte

Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in financial reporting;
Leveraging experience in sustainability reporting, risk management, or audit is considered a strong advantage;
University degree in Economics, Risk Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field;
Communicating fluently in English, both written and spoken;
Passionate about sustainability and driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilitati

Driving and coordinating key strategic projects, including company’s sustainability reports and ESG evaluation processes, benchmarking against industry leaders, monitoring global sustainability trends, and making strategic recommendations to advance the company’s sustainability agenda;
Leading and implementing the sustainability risk management framework, steering risk assessment processes across the organization, and ensuring sustainability risks and impacts are effectively managed and mitigated;
Collaborating with business units and corporate functions to ensure a consistent approach to sustainability risk management, providing expert guidance, and preparing and delivering presentations on sustainability and ESG topics for key stakeholders;
Initiating and coordinating internal communication and training initiatives, raising sustainability risk awareness across the company.
