What you´ll do
 

• Supporting the creation and update of documentation related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO standards
• Assisting in the coordination of Quality Control laboratory activities (e.g. monitoring periodic verification validity for measuring equipment, lab equipment labeling, etc.)
• Performing routine product testing using predefined physical and mechanical methods
• Participating in customer complaint investigations
• Providing day-to-day support to the Quality Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Ongoing or recently completed university studies in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• English language 
• Motivation to learn and contribute to quality and compliance processes
