• Support the Leadership Team and Project Leaders by organizing agendas, tracking actions, updating presentations, and ensuring meetings are well-documented;
• Participate in global HR projects, supporting the implementation of new functionalities or systems through planning and documentation;
• Create and update internal documentation to ensure clarity and consistency;
• Manage internal HR communities by integrating relevant information into internal platforms for targeted stakeholders;
• Be part of a Global HR Team working on cutting-edge HR solutions;
• Participate in global projects and support the rollout of state-of-the-art HR technologies;
• Influence our transformation strategy toward a unified global HR Cloud and a world-class employee experience.

• Academic background in Communication, Business Informatics, HR, or a related field -- ideally currently enrolled in a Master's program;
• Strong communication skills, commitment to teamwork, and a proactive attitude;
• Structured, analytical, and strategic mindset with a self-driven approach;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
