Requirements

For our business partner, one of the leading service providers in commercial mobility across Europe, we are seeking a motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. Your tasks will include coding, unit testing, building new applications, and maintaining or troubleshooting existing ones — all with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

🧑‍💻 Work setup: Hybrid model with 1 day/week at the office (flexible scheduling)

Experience needed to do the job:

At least 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365
Advanced hands-on experience and programming knowledge with CRM solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proficient in related technologies such as SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), C#, JavaScript, HTML, Azure portal, Azure functions, Power BI / Snowflake;
Build and configure forms, workflows, plug-ins, web resources, and scripts;
Testing and troubleshooting experience;
Experience with integration using tools such as SOAP, XML, and REST APIs;
Proven experience in software development in .NET or C#;
Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation;
Solutions governance know-how;
Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
Perspective thinking (managed and supported solution);
Ability to point out possible improvements during the implementation phase;
Team player (ask for answers instead of spending time with workarounds);
Seek to unify and eliminate waste in processes.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

Development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) based on Dynamics 365 Online;
Development of further business applications based on different modular elements of the MS Cloud Stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, etc.);
Working with state-of-the-art tools and development methods;
Co-determination and design of our development methodology, release processes, and agile approach;
Support of our development team and management of external developers;
Effective collaboration with our CRM / SRM team and surrounding projects and product teams;
Active design in solution design, from technical requirements to the finished solution.
