What You’ll Do
 

• Design, manage and implement Salesforce solutions (using the standard declarative features of the platform)
• Support the generation of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Plan, execute and communicate testing activities involving Salesforce, integrations associated to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Plan, execute, manage and communicate testing activities involving Salesforce, integrations associated to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions utilising standard Salesforce functionality
• Support and embellish user stories and acceptance criteria as a business analyst
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans
• Develop and maintain documentation, including solution architecture and test plans (collaborating closely with the key technical resource)
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices, and recommend new solutions as appropriate
• Provide support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution
   

What You’ll Bring
 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, delivery and testing
• Salesforce certification(s) e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer 1 (would be expected)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
