Working Student, Data Quality Assistance @Igel Tehnology

The ROLE:

We are looking for a Working Student to support the quality and integrity of customer and sales data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In this role, you’ll gain real-world experience in CRM data management and business systems, while helping us maintain accurate records and streamline processes for teams across the company.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
 

• Perform regular checks for data quality issues such as duplicates, missing fields, or formatting inconsistencies in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Assist in cleansing, enriching, and validating data according to company standards.
• Support the maintenance of data rules, naming conventions, and record completeness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve data input accuracy and user compliance.
• Document best practices and contribute to process improvements in CRM data management.
• Help generate data quality reports using Excel or Power BI for internal stakeholders.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Interest in CRM systems, data management, or business operations.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Excel is a plus -training available.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an affinity for clean, structured data.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluent in German and basic English.
