    We're part of a leading automotive company, but within our Digitalization & Software department, we work with the energy and agility of a startup. Our team is driving the digital transformation in automotive R&D - exploring new technologies like AI, challenging outdated processes, and building smarter, faster ways to innovate. If you're someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and enjoys working independently on meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
     
    YOUR TASKS
     

    • Analyze and structure complex processes in the Automotive Research & Development environment
    • Advise management on defining product visions
    • Develop and present concrete ideas, requirements, and solution concepts
    • Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders (e.g. business departments, development teams)
    • Consult business and IT units on the use of new technologies, validate decisions, and identify solution options
    • Collaborate closely with development teams for the joint implementation of technical solutions
    • Support rollout activities and contribute to change management to ensure sustainable implementation within the organization
    • Identify and assess innovative technologies – e.g. in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) – to optimize processes and products


       

      YOUR PROFILE
     
    • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Solution Architect in IT projects
    • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear concepts and handovers for development teams
    • Ideally, experience in product data management and product development processes
    • Background in the automotive sector is a plus
    • Experience in digital solution rollout and change management is beneficial
    • Interest in current technology trends, especially in the field of AI
    • Business-proficient in English
    • Optional: Fluent in German (spoken and written)
