Requirements

Leadership and development of the Software Sourcing Centre team at Ayvens COE
End-to-end software sourcing and contract lifecycle management
Cost savings, synergy generation, and targets achievement
Strategic category and supplier relationship management
Focus on CSR, ESG, Diversity & Inclusion, Data Maturity & System Integration, and Culture & Conduct
Lead the Software Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with Group strategies.
Manage team workload and ensure balanced distribution of responsibilities.
Deploy and reinforce change management initiatives aligned with transformation projects.
-Lead the source-to-contract process across the allocated software scope.
-Oversee procurement initiatives within the software category, including demand challenge & optimisation, and supplier negotiation.
-Define and implement software category strategies that align with business priorities.
-Achieve financial and operational performance targets.
-Ensure that contracts negotiated for software solutions are robust, commercially sound, and support the long-term needs of the business.
-Effectively engage stakeholders, including C-suite level, to understand strategic needs and enable procurement to act as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

-Minimum 8 years in procurement, including substantial experience in software sourcing.
-3-5 years in a team leadership or management role.
-Ability to craft, negotiate, and manage complex software agreements aligned with business and compliance requirements.
-Deep expertise in software sourcing, licensing, price modelling, and commercial contracting for software.
-Exposure to broader ICT sourcing categories is advantageous.
-Proven capability to deliver measurable cost savings.
-University degree, preferably in Business, Law or IT.
-Fluency in English.
