Qualifications

Who you are:  

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in engineering, economics, business, or any other fields with an interest in working in a multicultural environment 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks 

• Interest in production planning and process improvement 

• You are open to working on a full-time program 

You would be a perfect match for our team if: 

• You have advanced computer operating skills (Microsoft Office),  

• Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, including formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements), pivot tables, data sorting, filtering, and basic data visualization for tracking, analysis, and reporting. 

• You are dedicated, and flexible, with team spirit, strong communication, and social skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy is paramount. 

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain structured project documentation (digital and physical), and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.  

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team (including virtual teams) and interacting with various internal departments,  

• You have an independent and proactive working style, a solutions-oriented mindset, keen to learn and adapt to new challenges, open to seeking information and providing updates. 

• You can prioritize, and manage time effectively, understand the importance of supporting internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales) and ensuring their needs are met efficiently, and you are customer-oriented. 

• You have good communication skills, the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences (engineers, sales, management). 

The languages you should know: 

o Good English knowledge is mandatory (at least B2), German language knowledge would be a plus

Job Description

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented student eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of engineering, project management, and production? We are looking for a dedicated Working Student in Prototype Coordination to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the development of our next-generation products, supporting our Prototype Coordinators and Engineering teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of Prototype Coordinators/ Engineering 

• Organize and maintain project files and databases 

• Support creating presentations and reports 

• Organize regular meetings and support with meeting minutes preparation 

• Assist in creating prototype build timelines to support material and plant planning 

• Coordinate order creation and track internal workflows 

• Support in the prototype forecasting process, focusing on sample shop capacities and prioritization of prototype orders 

• Help extract and sort monthly key figures on prototype quantities and lead times 

• Assist in tracking the sample build process and communicating progress to the engineering and sales teams 

• Create and track prototype orders (sales or engineering) 

• Support continuous improvement processes and rollout of process improvements within the business unit
