What do we expect from you:

Advanced English & German skills
Ideally 1-2 years of work experience; minimum of 6 months of experience is also acceptable
Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation / Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent degree
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, word, Power point, etc)
Working knowledge of SAP would be a plus

Responsabilitati

What will you be doing in this role:



Our future colleague will be a part of BBS Delivery team and will be responsible for collecting and validating the accuracy of the set of VAT related documents as part of the EU VAT Quick Fixes program. Will follow-up and seek our customers, work on archival of the validated documents and ensure that Bunge is compliant with indirect tax legislation and regulation.

This will be done through the following activities:

Follow the process of sending request emails to customers as part of the quick fixed regulation
Collection and control of documents for VAT, declarations
Document processing
Check the correctness of VAT on the invoice and other necessary documents
Process takeover, process documentation
Ensure accuracy of the overall VAT document collection & archival process
Track the mails received from customers
Validate the accuracy and completeness of the documents, check that the information is complete, and all required documents are signed & stamped
Send follow-up email to customers whenever required as per Escalation matrix
Update status of documents in the internal app
Archival of documents
Provide support, as required, to the assigned VAT and RTR activities in all European locations
