    Job Description
     

    • Management of MDC.
    • Support reduction of energy consumption through good maintenance practices.
    • Optimization of spare parts stock value.
    • Prepares investment budgets for continuous improvement. Directs, administrates and develops Maintenance team members.
    • Monitoring and reporting KPIs.
    • Usage of KPIs to define appropriate activities/measures and follow-up thereof.
    • Ensure correct usage of standard company tools and methodologies.
    • Management of Plant Shutdown, Flexi Days with production planning.
    • Coordinates external suppliers in the plant.
    • Develops local suppliers together with purchasing department and in agreement with central MTE.
    • Leads and develops a high-performing technical team through mentorship, continuous learning, and a strong culture of collaboration.
       
    Qualifications
     
    • Technical Academical studies;
    • Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry or similar technical areas;
    • Involvement in improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects, preferred technical;
    • Minimum 3 years leadership experience;
    • Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with high self-confidence to influence stakeholders and drive decisions effectively;
    • Regular international contacts through projects or suppliers.
