🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on fully automated production lines (PLC/HMI-controlled)

Analyze and troubleshoot automation-related issues using Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible

Perform real-time PLC logic modifications, HMI interface updates, and diagnostics

Implement back-up and recovery procedures for PLC and control systems

Participate in cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) teams to reduce downtime and improve MTBF

Provide automation input in CAPEX project implementation and new equipment integration

Drive continuous improvement through OEE enhancement and process optimization

🎯 Your Technical Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation 2+ years of experience with industrial automation systems and PLCs in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on expertise in:

• Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible
• Industrial communication protocols: PROFIBUS, PROFINET, ASi
• Actuators, sensors, safety systems, and control panel components

Solid understanding of mechatronic systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, servo drives, and inverters Experience with preventive maintenance software and system documentation Fluent in English (technical documentation, troubleshooting, collaboration)
