We are looking for an experienced Group Leader Environment & Management Systems (also known as Environmental Manager, Environmental Compliance Manager, or Sustainability Manager) to oversee and enhance environmental protection programs and management systems within a leading tire manufacturing company. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Environmental Management, Sustainability Coordination, or Environmental Compliance, who are passionate about driving ISO compliance, environmental risk assessments, and waste management best practices. • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental management systems within the tire manufacturing sector
• Conduct and oversee environmental aspect and risk assessments
• Coordinate and perform internal audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ensure audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and corporate standards
• Oversee waste management processes and drive sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental management into operations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members and stakeholders

• University degree in engineering, chemistry, or natural sciences
• 3–5 years of experience in environmental protection or environmental management
• Experience as an internal auditor (audit preparation, execution, and follow-up)
• Proven experience in environmental aspect risk assessment
• ISO 14001 certification required; ISO 45001 and Standard 19011 certifications are an advantage
• Waste management diploma is a plus
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
• Leadership experience
