    General Information

    The purpose of this role is to lead and implement projects, in a global context, keeping track of all needed activities and covering needed deliverables and milestones while focusing on document management solution (DMS) and supporting the global rollout of decided tool. The process of optimization and digitalization of HR processes through AI and automated workflow-supported HR system applications aims to create process efficiency and user experience. The role supports efficient demand management, acting in the scope of HR strategy. standardization and revision of operating concepts and processes of the HR global area.

    Job Responsibilities
     

    • Support and ensure further development of the assigned HR apps - demands, especially with regards to requirements analysis, testing and communication, in close cooperation with the HR and IT departments and, if necessary, external partners;
    • Safeguarding HR standards & governance policies;
    • Collaboration for the further development of the HR digitalization strategy based on the HR strategy;
    • Collaboration for the streamline of HR applications, e.g. the Schaeffler NEW HR Global landscape and the associated integration scenarios, possible implementation of new applications for HRSP portfolio;
    • Actively contribute to assigned roles in projects, in a global context;
    • Documentation of the demands, business requirements, testing results to ensure compliance with necessary internal and external regulations, security and audit requirements.
       
    Key Qualifications
     
    • Completed degree in Economics/Informatics;
    • 5 years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualification;
    • Project Management at an advanced level in a multinational company – proven track of leading multiple high impact, large projects;
    • Stakeholder management and strong principles of collaboration - especially in cross-border teams and diverse and inclusive environments;
    • Sound knowledge of end-to-end human resources processes, HR applications for HR Shared Service Centers environment;
    • Transitioning from project lifecycle to operational, service delivery working environment;
    • HR Document Management;
    • ServiceNow and MS Office package;
    • Intercultural openness and international working environments;
    • Advance English language skills, German language competencies are considered an advantage;
