What you'll do?
- Source and negotiate local contracts for indirect categories (Energies, Intellectual services, Recycle waste, IT & telecom, logistics, facilities, maintenance, consumables, services, CAPEX, etc.)
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure performance on cost, quality, and service
- Drive cost savings and track Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvement and report KPIs for her/his scope
- Support cross-functional stakeholders (finance, HR, operations, engineering, IT) with procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and digital tools (ERP, e-sourcing, contract management)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
- Master’s degree (5-year program) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of procurement experience or a closely related field (preferably indirect categories and manufacturing environment)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Contract and risk understanding
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle etc) and MS Office
- Fluent in French and English
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus, but not mandatory
- The role involves occasional travel to France, specifically to our FCT and FRM sites, so flexibility and willingness to travel are required.
