    Dynata’s Account Coordinator provides critical backend support to the sales team by generating initial quotes, conducting feasibility tests, and facilitating seamless project handover to the project management team once bids are won. This role serves as an essential bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses that move deals forward.
    The Account Specialist owns the quoting/bidding for specified clients, including client communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, proficiency in data management, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders are key to success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    Dedicated Client Support:

    • Provide quoting/bidding support for a set of specified clients, including sending bids directly to client and conducting discovery via email
    Quoting & Feasibility Testing
    • Conduct feasibility testing to assess project viability based on client requirements and needs; maximize feasibility using all resources available, including 3rd party partners when needed.
    • Generate initial pricing estimates, prepare accurate initial quotes, and revise quotes based on feedback from the Account Management team
    • Communicate directly with clients via email to clarify quote requirements, request missing information, and/or provide updates
    • Analyse customer quote patterns and relay any potential opportunities for upselling to the Account Management team
    • Support invoicing and reconciliation workflows
    Order Conversion & Coordination
    • Convert approved quotes into active orders in the CRM/BOS
    • Ensure seamless project handover to operations, coordinating necessary details for project executions
    • Maintain accurate records of all proposals, quotes, and order conversions
    Qualifications & Skills
    • 1+ years of experience in a sales support, client services, or market research role
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent written communication skills, with a professional tone and attention to clarity
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/BOS Systems
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
