    SUMMARY OF ROLE

    • To support the external sales team by working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals
    • To provide a high level of sales support/ customer service by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner
    • To offer a high standard of Customer service at all time
    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Independent building and expansion of the business network in the required region
    • You will take care of existing customers and look for the new ones
    • You will participate the business meetings and presentation our product range
    • Working closely with the sales team, booking appointments for customers visits when required
    • Understand customer´s business needs and ensure that you offer and sell company´s extensive portfolio of stocks and bespoke products

    SCOPE OF POSITION

    The post holder will be expected to work any hours required in the execution of his/her duties. The role does not have line management responsibility.

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to procedures and deadlines
    • Computer skills’ including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum
    • CRM capabilities & AI capabilities Skills
    Knowledge and Experience
    • Flexible in approach, capable of prioritising numerous work streams.
    • Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills.
    • Previous experience with business and working as a sales representative for at least 2 years is reguired
    • Knowledge of English and SAP is an advantage.
    Personal Attributes
    • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable with building recommendation papers and other reports by analysing data.
    • Team player
    Qualifications
    • Minimum level 3 (A’level, Btec qualication level) education.
    • Computer skills’ including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum.
    • Clean Full Driving License and ability to travel to customer sites on a weekly basis
    • Clean criminal record
