    The Recruitment team supports the company’s development plan through the atraction and acquisition of the best suited talent. We are responsible for the creation of integrated and comprehensible recruitment models that attract talent, keep abreast of market trends and themes and hold the overall responsibility of the employer branding activities on a regional level by participating to relevant events that support Misys’ brand positioning on the market.


    As a member of the Regional Recruitment team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    - Assist with all admin surrounding candidates prior to employment (contracts, offer letters, invoices using our internal tool)
    - Ensure the smooth running of the administration responsibilities
    - Work daily with set time frames for weekly deadlines and have attention to detail
    - Database maintenance and ensuring the quality assurance compliance
    - Assisting team to post recruitment adverts on different channels
    - Loading all new roles onto HireBridge (Recruitment Database) and update it on a daily basis with logging interviews, feedbacks, recruitment stages
    - Scheduling interviews in managers diaries and booking appropriate meeting rooms
    - Passing feedback on a regular basis onto the relevant candidates and Agencies as well as the Line Managers where applicable
    - Maintaining recruitment activity reports and spreadsheet for weekly meetings with Managers
    - Completing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
