- Minim 2 ani de experienta in functia de Key Account Manager in domeniul energiei electrice si gazelor naturale
- Cunostinte solide despre piata de energie electrica si gaze naturale
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere, cu capacitatea de a lucra cu clienti de nivel inalt si de a dezvolta relatii solide de afaceri
- Orientare catre rezultate si capacitatea de a atinge si depasi obiectivele de vanzari
- Creativitate si abilitatea de a gasi solutii pragmatice pentru clienti intr-un mediu in continua dezvoltare
- Cunostinte avansate de utilizare a tehnologiilor informatice, inclusiv CRM
- Cunoasterea fluenta a limbii romane si a limbii engleze, atat in scris, cat si in vorbire
Responsabilitati
- Dezvoltarea si gestionarea relatiilor cu clientii cheie de business in domeniul energiei electrice si gazelor naturale
- Identificarea si prospectarea activa a clientilor potentiali, precum si prezentarea si negocierea ofertelor comerciale
- Construirea si mentinerea unei retele solide de contacte in industrie
- Monitorizarea si imbunatatirea satisfactiei clientilor cheie, asigurandu-se ca necesitatile lor sunt indeplinite
- Colaborarea stransa cu echipa de management si colegii pentru implementarea strategiilor de vanzari si cresterea cotei de piata
- Monitorizarea si raportarea rezultatelor vanzarilor, identificarea oportunitatilor de crestere si recomandarea de imbunatatiri pentru procesele de vanzari
