WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
About the job
As a Unit People & Culture Manager, you make IKEA an employer of choice by:

You will work closely with all business functions, secure the right People & Culture processes, and contribute to growing the business through people. You are part of the store management team, leading the People & Culture team and making sure strategies turn into local actions.
In your everyday work you will:
• Act as People & Culture business partner for the unit.
• Translate global people strategies into a clear local action plan.
• Support and influence managers to grow as leaders and build strong teams.
• Build local business competence through relevant goals and learning.
• Secure succession planning and talent development with managers.
• Be a role model of IKEA leadership and values.
• Work with Business Navigation to deliver a staff cost budget that meets business needs and secures a diverse team.
• Implement co-worker relations plans that support good workplace culture and follow laws and policies.
• Identify and drive ways to strengthen IKEA’s position as a local employer.
