Requirements
Minimum
- Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
- High School Degree
- Advanced level of Turkish, min C1
- English, min B2
Preferred
- Familiar with digital advertising or any other online business
- Attention to detail
- Be curious and be a proactive attitude
Responsibilities
- Review & analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
