Requirements
Profile:
• Technical or non-technical studies: Graduates/ Masters
• Experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar position in the field of recruiting technical profiles (Engineering/Design/Technical Documentation) is needed
• Automotive industry knowledge is an advantage
• Intermediate-advanced English and/or French is needed
• Dynamic person, with developed communication and relationship skills.
• The ability to work under stress, with deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ATS software
Responsibilities
Looking for a Technical Recruiter that will be part of our internal human resources team and will participate in the recruitment activities for various profiles (white/blue collars) in the field of engineering for automotive industry.
Job based in Bucharest; Work from home & Office hybrid solution.
Main Responsibilities:
• Sourcing/research in order to find talents that is able to be submitted to appropriate open positions within the company.
• Defining, drafting and posting of recruitment job postings using various communication channels;
• Selection of CVs according to the candidate's profile and job requirements, scheduling of interviews;
• Conducting interviews;
• Daily update of the candidate database;
• Participation in job fairs and/or any other events in the field to represent the company and collect candidates;
• Administrative tasks specific to the human resources department: drafting documents specific to the recruitment/human resources administration process, create candidate competency files and CVs, translations; provide support for the integration of new employees.
