Nivel salarial 7.000 – 8.000 ron net + alte beneficii utile

Se lucreaza in regim hibrid 2 zile/saptamana WFH, sediul este in partea de Nord a capitalei

Responsabilitati

• Record all accounting documents into the ERP system: accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepayments, deferrals, bank statements, etc.
• Generate monthly tenant invoices in SAP (rent and service charges) and ensure accurate reporting on the e-Factura platform, in line with legal requirements.
• Prepare and issue re-invoicing in accordance with contracts (e.g. utilities, recoverable costs), and post them accurately in SAP.
• Handle banking operations: prepare and review payment lists, input transactions into the online banking system, and maintain communication with the bank.
• Reconcile customer balances and ensure alignment with tenant accounts.
• Prepare and review trial balance and ensure reconciliations are completed according to monthly closing deadlines.
• Prepare tax returns (e.g., VAT, SAF-T).
• Prepare various internal reports required by management (building cost reports, service charge reconciliations, ad-hoc cost reports).
