What do we expect from you:


Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure
Experience in Agribusiness/ Agri commodity trading industry preferred
Experience in working with SAP system
Experience in working in a GCC (Global capability center) environment preferred
Advanced English skills

Responsabilitati

This will be done through the following activities:


Performing process design, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and goals.
Drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions, minimizing variations and promoting consistency.
Monitoring and managing process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency gains
Leading initiatives to continuously improve the process, leveraging best practices, technology, and data analysis
Collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments and regions, building consensus and fostering a culture of collaboration
Managing the change process associated with process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
Ensuring the process complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies
