Skills that make your work successful:

-Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, B2-C1 (verbal and written communication skills);
-Previous experience, but not mandatory, in Procurement/Sourcing/Sales or a customer service environment will be a plus;
-Negociation skills;
-Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills;
-Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn;
-Experience with working in the team;
-Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.

Responsabilitati

Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

-PO Creation and Release.
-Collaborate with relevant departments to gather complete and accurate purchase requisition information.
-Create purchase orders (PO) in the organizational procurement system (SAP Coupa) according to Company guidelines and procurement policies.
-Verify the accuracy and completeness of all PO details, including vendor information, pricing, delivery terms, and product/service specifications.
-Confirm PO creation with requestors and ensure timely release of POs to vendors.
-Maintain detailed records of all PO transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
