Senior IT Operations Specialist - HR Data Hub

You are a hybrid talent: a data-literate technology expert who understands how modern cloud data platforms operate end-to-end, combined with the communication, advisory, and service delivery mindset to guide stakeholders, ensure operational excellence, and turn complex data requirements into reliable business value. You will oversee the full lifecycle of data services, from requirement intake and planning to operational execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Deliver advanced AWS data processing capabilities, including data collection, storage, transformation, and large-scale analysis.
• Apply Snowflake expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and engineering to optimize HR reporting.
• Leverage Python for building automated pipelines, workflows, and integration solutions.
• Contribute to end-to-end integration efforts, enabling seamless data flows across HR and HR IT Systems.
• Handling ServiceNow Tickets, handling/ fixing vulnerabilities, performing day-to-day tasks.
• Provide progress reporting on current integrations, monitoring ongoing integration processes.

• Solid experience in IT service delivery or service management, including SLAs, change & release processes, incident/problem management, and documentation standards
• Nice to have: knowledge of AWS services and tools, including Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3, and AWS Develop Tools (CodeCommit, CodeBuild)
• Familiarity with Snowflake, SnapLogic, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (or similar tools) is a significant advantage
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams, ideally in a global shared services or consulting environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills being able to translate between business needs and technical requirements
