Requirements

The company is a local distributor of premium cosmetic products, bringing top international brands to local stores.

They collaborate with retailers across the country as well as with influencers and content creators to provide customers with quick access to the most innovative and effective beauty products. They stand out through the careful selection of brands, modern distribution strategies, and dedicated marketing support for their partners.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and passionate online marketing professional who can build bridges between the digital world and the in-store experience. This role combines social media marketing expertise with an understanding of trade marketing dynamics, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working from the office and in the field—where the company’s brands come to life.

Location: Bucharest / Office, Northern area
Schedule: 6 hours/day, 10 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday


Ideal Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing; trade marketing experience is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and online consumer behavior
• Both creative and analytical skills—you can generate fresh ideas and measure their impact
• Experience with brand activations or POSM materials is a plus
• Basic knowledge of visual editing tools (Canva, Photoshop)—nice to have
• Willingness to occasionally travel to partner stores
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement online & offline marketing strategies to increase the visibility of the portfolio brands
• Manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)—from planning to publishing
• Coordinate trade marketing campaigns within partner networks (DM, Douglas, Tei, etc.)—in-store activations, POSM materials
• Engage constantly with the online community and monitor feedback
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, brand management) to ensure coherent communication and brand image
• Monitor campaign performance (digital & retail), analyze KPIs, and prepare reports with optimization suggestions
• Continuously research beauty & marketing trends to propose new, relevant, and creative initiatives
