Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of HR topics;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - B1 level is a must, additional language is beneficial
• Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;
• Ability to organization, rigor, fairness, punctuality, accuracy in preparing the documents;
• Continuous orientation towards solutions;
• Proactive;
• Team player;
• Curiosity for the continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection knowledge specific to the field of activity;
• Very good relationship with various stakeholders;
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Education :Bachelors degree, e.g. in business/economics, psychology, or any human resources-related specialization;

Job Description

• Handle training requests in the internal ticketing system, according to the location need;
• Manage of attendance sheet/roster and training certificates after the training;
• Support for first days of Onboarding on site;
• Support to local Learning and Development team on site;
• Support with the logistical part for the training sessions managed on-site;
• Active sharing of knowledge and feedback from 2nd Level with whole Front Office team;
• Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures,
• applicable within the company;
• Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
