Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in indirect sourcing and at least 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing
Familiarity with e-Procurement systems and sourcing tools
Good understanding of contract lifecycle and supplier onboarding processes.
Fluent in English
Initiative: Takes proactive steps in executing sourcing activities and resolving issues.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Communication: Clearly communicates with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Objective of the role

We at Ayvens Global Indirect are currently improving our operational model to maximize value creation - leveraging on scale and expertise of preexisting resources in the Societe Generale group and now fully accessible to us. Together with our colleagues from Societe Generale Global Procurement, we have successfully transitioned overlapping sourcing activities to Societe Generale marking a significant step forward. For Ayvens, this deployment represents a key milestone - allowing us to intensify our focus towards maximizing value creation in line with our strategic objectives communicated to the financial markets. Based strategic pillars such as Opex governance, spend visibility, and value creation, reinforcing our role as a strategic partner in driving procurement excellence.

The purpose of the Commodity Manager Global Indirects is:

To actively manage Sourcing for scope under Ayvens’ management (mobility-specific key partnerships + spend below 200k€)
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts in collaboration with Legal.
Ensure contract coverage, implementation and renewal for all Ayvens-driven purchases in scope.
3. Ensure rock-solid operational foundation

Enforce procurement policy, support PO compliance and ensure usage of all relevant tools
Support ongoing communication to stakeholders ensuring everybody understands the “why” and the “how”
Support articulating a data strategy that identifies key data needed and how the P2P process can generate it
