Requirements

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree graduate
Very good speaking and written command of English
Fluent Spoken French is required with good written French skills as well.
Problem solving, time management skills, analytical thinking
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Continuous improvement mindset and methodology
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

As an AR Analyst, you will be responsible for unlocking cash by getting to the root cause of issues, working closely with external customers and internal teams to drive value for the business.

Job Responsibilities / You will:

Have the autonomy to set your own priorities and goals daily, identify process improvements and lead projects
Collaborate with a broader stakeholder reach across Service Centers and also globally
Interact with external customers (in both English and French languages) and internal P&G contacts.
Drive action and influencing internal & external customers to unlock cash and systemically resolve issues.
Cover governance and operating with discipline to protect P&G cash
Approach processes / issues with a curious mind-set to challenge the current process and identify opportunities for improvement.
