BREWING TEAM LEADER

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field, preferably in the food industry;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team management abilities;
• Analytical skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset;
• Intermediate English language skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and other planning-related software.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the entire team within the Brewing Department during the shift (process operators, process craftsmen/maintenance personnel);
• Execute the production plan;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO systems (including SHEQ);
• Plan and ensure the execution of routine maintenance tasks and emergency repairs;
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing WCM practices and processes and fostering innovation;
• Effectively apply performance management processes to achieve KPIs at the team, department, and brewery level;
• Identify development and training needs for team members and follow up on the implementation of individual development plans;
• Ensure effective communication within the team and/or with other teams and functions.
