Cerinte

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication initiatives.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and public speaking expertise.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.

- Certifications – Relevant certifications in communications or public relations are highly desirable.

- Ideally, IT Infrastructure and ITIL know-how

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English while knowledge of other EU languages is considered an asset.

Responsabilitati

- Playing a crucial role in managing information flow within and outside the project team.

- Creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans that align with project goals while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.

- Preparing and distributing regular updates, reports, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed in a clear and timely manner.

- Establishing and maintaining strong communication platforms to support transparency and seamless information exchange.

- Overseeing newsletters, memos, emails, and other internal communication materials to ensure alignment with the project's mission.

- Planning, writing, and editing content for websites, social media, and press releases while collaborating with marketing and design teams.

- Organizing and managing PR activities and events to enhance the project's visibility and engagement, sometimes acting as a spokesperson.

- Developing policies and procedures for managing crisis situations while ensuring effective reputation management.

- Tracking and analyzing communication strategies, monitoring press coverage, and reporting communication outcomes to stakeholders.

- Overseeing and executing social media strategies to engage audiences and promote the project effectively.
