    Requirements

    Mandatory Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership capacity
    • Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations or Customer Service, ideally within complex, global organizations
    • Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
    • Demonstrated project management expertise, with experience leading cross-functional projects in virtual environments
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics in a clear, concise manner
    • Skilled in adapting communication styles to diverse audiences, both verbally and non-verbally
    • Resilient and effective under pressure, with the ability to prioritize smartly in fast-paced environments

    Nice to have:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
    • Confident and engaging presentation skills
    • High degree of adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving business needs

    • Work closely with Cluster Supply Chain teams and Regional CS/SC to align on data, trends, and strategic decisions.
    • Stay informed about the broader business environment to support proactive decision-making.

    Team & Talent Leadership
    • Build, support, and develop a strong, high-performing team.
    • Attract and grow new talent in line with future business needs.
    • Create a positive, performance-driven culture where people thrive and feel empowered.

    Project Leadership
    • Lead and contribute to both local and regional projects, within supply chain and across functions, following PMO best practices.
