Recruitment Sourcer with Spanish

We’re opening a new role for a Recruitment Sourcer – the perfect first step for building a career in Talent Acquisition! If you're curious, resourceful, and ready to grow in a dynamic team, this might be your chance! What we're looking for:

• Excellent command of Spanish, English, and Romanian
• Availability for a hybrid workstyle (Bucharest office)
• Minimum 6 months of previous experience in a similar sourcing/recruitment role
• Strong communication skills – knowing how to talk and listen goes a long way
• A proactive mindset and a “let’s find a solution” approach
• Good organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift
• A collaborative attitude – we work best when we support each other
• The ability to stay calm and focused, even on busy days

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of tools and creative search methods
• Keeping recruitment data organized and up to date in our ATS
• Screening and building shortlists of strong candidates
• Managing talent pools for frequently hired roles
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience – from first contact to follow-up
