- Shopper missions by channel, fixture interaction and barriers to purchase by format/cluster and drivers of purchase in the store;
- Customer and category analysis;
- Synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position;

- Working in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment a distinct advantage;

Responsabilitati
You will:
- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs;
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing;
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan;
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend;
Category Strategy Execution:
- Translate category strategies into customer strategies to support the sales teams;
- Identify category growth opportunities across customers and channels;
- Work closely with the Country CP Lead, key account managers (KAMs), and marketing teams to ensure category plans are aligned with business objectives;
- Support the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key retailers;
- Support the development of the category promotional plan across customers;
- Provide data driven recommendations to support commercial discussions and negotiations.
Perfect Store:
- Ensure optimal product assortment and placement to maximize shelf efficiency and shopper engagement;
- Support the execution of planograms and merchandising guidelines aligned with category strategies;
- Provide recommendations for NPDs and portfolio reviews;
- Provide the strategy, continuous tracking and optimization of all PS KPIs.
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Monitor category sales performance, market share, and PS KPIs;
- Utilize shopper insights and market data (e.g., Nielsen, IGD, internal data) to provide actionable recommendations;
- Identify and address gaps between forecasted and actual category performance.
