    Requirements

    A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

    - Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    - Minimum of two years of experience in quality control or process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    - Solid knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies
    - Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and in compliance with international standards
    - Rigorous analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
    - Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    - Ability to pay attention to details and to direct the activity towards efficient solutions
    - Monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify and remedy non-conformities
    - Implementing and maintaining process control and quality assurance methodologies
    - Active participation in performing root cause analyses and establishing corrective and preventive actions (RCA / CAPA)
    - Involvement in identifying sources of contamination (SOC) and hard-to-reach areas (HTR)
    - Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for the introduction and launch of new products
    - Support in internal, customer or certification audits
    - Participation in conducting food safety investigations (SGA)
    - Training production personnel on quality standards and procedures
    - Monitoring critical physical-chemical and organoleptic parameters (CTQ) to ensure compliance
    - Updating and maintaining quality documentation
    - Involvement in loss analysis and related process improvement
