    Cerinte

    A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a similar field;
    4 years of experience in Key Account Management, in the dairy industry;
    English - conversational;
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
    Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, with a good understanding of financials;
    Good communication and conceptual selling abilities;
    Driving license - B category.

    Responsabilitati

    Taking ownership of developing and implementing the sales strategy, ensuring delivery of sales, volume, and P&L targets for IKA clients;
    Achieving annual sales and P&L goals by creating and executing tailored customer business plans;
    Leading the negotiation process for annual agreements with key retailers, driving profitable growth;
    Continuously analyzing customer development and identifying key opportunities to maximize business growth;
    Building strong relationships and deep customer insights, while creating a network of key stakeholders to support business objectives.
