    What to Expect?

    As a Technical Support Trainee, you’ll start with dynamic training focused on SQL scripting, data integration, and web applications powering clinical trials for leading pharmaceutical companies. You'll gain hands-on experience with SQL Server, bug tracking, and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, SDP), while honing your troubleshooting and SQL scripting skills. It’s a great opportunity to build a solid technical foundation and make a real impact in the world of clinical research!

    Requirements:

    This opportunity is 2nd shift and will require you to work the hours of 4pm - Midnight, Monday - Friday, regularly.

    College degree
    Strong critical and analytical reasoning skills
    High achieving, exploratory nature
    Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, technologies and tools
    Ability to conduct in-depth investigative research and select the best solution for a problem
    Proficient in spoken and written English
    Passion for scripting in SQL Server

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Basic knowledge about SQL, XML, data integration techniques
    Work with common tools utilized in a software company (SQL Server, bug reporting, ticketing system)
    Troubleshooting application logs, write and execute SQL scripts
    Learn the basics about software & programming
    Communication and interaction with multiple teams and/or client
    Analyze risks, create workarounds and adapt to diverse client requests
    Perform other related duties as required
