    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance with a focus on business process operations and improvements.
    • Proficiency in SAP systems and experience in managing financial software applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a financial environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven track record in managing financial processes in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
    • Working knowledge at professional level of English (spoken and written).

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the business process operations within the finance department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Drive the optimization of SAP systems to streamline financial operations.
    • Evaluate the risks and prepare a review and report of the processes.
    • Follow up on the corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies and initiatives.
    • Conduct regular assessments of business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards through effective process management.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to support decision-making at all levels.
