Internship for Customer Management Support ( Sales Administrator) - Finance (TM)

Job Description

• Support for AM Sales Department related customer's projects, creates offers , prepare different reports , track the purchase contracts, also participate to regular meetings with the Sales team for different topics;
• Tier1 customer process: support CMS responsible with customer creation, masterdata, contract management;
• Responsible for price maintenance in the price lists and Budget/ FC prices for Controlling department;
• Clarify the price differences  with customers;
• Track accounts receivables (overdue invoices) and provide missing information;
• Support for different customer requests related logistic, accounting , shipping, sales, EDI or other topics.

• Student at Technical University or Economics (final year);
• MS Office - Advanced;
• English - Intermediate;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Self-motivation, positive attitude;
• Team player attitude.
