In our "HR IT Solutions" the "Talent Solutions" team is pivotal in providing innovative tools and solutions to support our HR department's diverse needs and our strategy of a skill-driven company. The portfolio includes platforms like SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals or Succession Management. To enhance this team, we are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced expert for Learning Experience Platform and Skill Management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and extended Skill Management, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
- Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LXP and Skill Management and support the business in defining requirements.
- Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
- Resolve incident tickets and service requests, coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
- Modify and maintain the integration between LXP/Skill Management and SuccessFactors (Learning, Talent Intelligence Hub etc.) and external content providers.
- Support the Release Management Process with our external provider, business and respective IT departments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with the external vendor to ensure continuous system improvement.
- Participate in scrum tasks such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience with Learning Experience Platforms, Skill Management Solutions and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in the area of LXP and Skill Management.
- Experience with integration between LXP/Skill Management and SuccessFactors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.
