The rest of our team is based in continental Europe, Anglo-American regions, and Asia with offices in Berlin, New York, Oxford, Brussels, Chennai and supporting locations in Vienna, Warsaw, Istanbul and Madrid.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, directly contributing to our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and strategic goals. You will be instrumental in optimizing our CRM utilization, particularly HubSpot, and translating complex data into actionable insights through powerful dashboards and reports.
You will work closely with colleagues in various departments, and should have a proactive, critical-thinking approach to managing your work. Training and support will be given, but a self-starter approach is very welcome.
Required qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital transformation or CRM optimization
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, properties, and custom objects
- Strong skills in data analysis and dashboarding, using tools like Power BI or HubSpot Analytics
- Ability to analyze and map business processes ('as-is' and 'to-be') across departments
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details into business-friendly language
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations) to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for digital improvement.
- Map out 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes, recommending innovative digital solutions and changes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Digital Transformation & CRM Focus:
- Act as a subject matter expert for our CRM platform, understanding its capabilities and how it can be leveraged to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM configuration, workflows, custom objects, properties, and integrations to enhance business operations.
- Identify and implement solutions within CRM to automate processes, improve data quality, and enhance user experience for sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Support the adoption and ongoing training of CRM functionalities across the organization.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Dashboarding:
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as HubSpot Analytics, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our digital initiatives and CRM performance, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting tools.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users at all levels to gather requirements, validate solutions, and manage expectations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities related to digital transformation projects.
