Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE
Advanced/medium in Russian and fluent in English
Advanced computer skills and ability to work with programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.;
Efficiency to be able to produce significant output with minimal waisted effort;
Organization and planning skills in order to plan, organize, schedule and budget in an efficient, productive manner by focusing on key priorities;
Intelligence, you demonstrate ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;
Attention to detail so you don’t let important details slip through the cracks or derail the project;
Openness to feedback and ideas, you often solicit feedback and react calmly and proficiently to constructive feedback.
 

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who lives in BUCHAREST!
We work in a hybrid mode, 1-2 days a week in the office and the rest of the days at home.

YOUR DAILY AGENDA
Build strong relationships with existing partners of the company;
Supporting video business meetings with partners;
Handles partner audits/assessments, working closely with our KYC and compliance departments;
Training & coaching new and existing partners;
Handles partner audits/assessments, working closely with our KYC and compliance departments;
Actively listen to our partners’ requests and provide daily support to new and existing partners via Email and Skype;
Be the primary point of contact for partners requests;
Collect, analyze data of the market and deliver progress reports.
