Good English skills.
Detail oriented.
Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training. Communication and negotiation skills.
Schedule: between 15:00 and 4:00 weekly shifts (Monday- Sunday, with 2 days off/ weekly)
Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
Communicating with customers via phone.
Keeping record of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
