Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
Requirements
Your profile:
• Proficiency in SAP, backed by previous experience;
• Ability to quickly adapt to various customer portals;
• Advanced German and English skills;
• Organized, precise and analytical individual with attention to detail;
• Communicative person with a customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in Automotive Branche preferable
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
• Providing assistance to Key Account Managers while working collaboratively within the Sales Service Team.
• Download orders from various customer systems and input them accurately into the SAP system.
• Manage pricing updates within systems and ensure consistency with established guidelines.
• Oversee manual follow-ups on orders to guarantee timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality support.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.
