    TotalEnergies Global Services Bucharest (TGSB) is an captive shared service center delivering services for
    50 entities/countries with 500 employees, multi-countries accounting and IT shared services site
    covering 3 business lines (Exploration and Production, Refining and Chemicals, Marketing and Services), 3
    zones (Europe, Africa, America) in several languages (English, French, German and others)

    Cerinte

    Work Experience:
    - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a medium level
    - Familiarity with SAP is a plus
    - Prior experience in a contact center and/or Shared Service Center is a plus

    Skills and Qualities:
    - English proficiency at B1-B2 level
    - French profiency at B1-B2 level
    - Demonstrated accuracy and precision
    - Strong planning and organization abilities
    - Ability to take on responsibility

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:
    - Validating and processing payment/advance payment requests, ensuring proper approval, posting payments, and reviewing the posting.
    - Processing bank transfers based on invoice number details the following day upon receipt, sourced from local affiliates’ scans of customer name and invoice number.
    - Managing processing of Employee/Third Party loans.
    - Posting foreign exchange operations accurately.
    - Preparing initial account reconciliation with current documentation.
    - Executing monthly closing activities
