• Managing internal administrational processes
• Support throughout the whole project lifecycle - from opportunity phase to retrospective
• Supporting the managers and team in their administrational tasks and issues
• Resource management, on- and offboarding process
• Reporting
• Complex financial calculations and account planning 
• Pricing
• Budget tracking and overviews, time tracking and task allocation
• Forecasting
• Invoicing
• Process Automations - PowerBI, Microsoft Flow, Excel VBA
• SharePoint administration
• Client communication
• Offering process toward the client
• Client Data Protection process
• Event planning
• Automation and templates (Microsoft Flow)
• Process Documentations
• Surveys and Newsletters

You’ll work side-by-side with a cool, open-minded team and have the chance to interact closely with leadership and clients. It’s the perfect internship for anyone who:

• Has excellent German language skills -(written and spoken B2)

• Has solid Excel skills
