Internship IT Assistant

In order to support the Regional IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern IT Assistant who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Responsible for administrative activities; 
• Manages specific topics (e.g. manages curricula, KPI requests, etc.); 
• Prepares the statistics and documentation necessary for courses, meetings, planning (e.g. management meetings, etc.); 
• Participates in meetings; 
• Gathers and writes information and does research in the specialized field.

Profile:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Recent graduates may also be considered;
• English language is a must;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
