Accounting Internship (Summer 2025)

Our team ensures smooth office operations and provides essential accounting support. You can join our 3-month internship for hands-on experience in office administration and basic accounting functions. 

What you’ll learn & do:

• Manage office supply vendors and inventory.
• Ensure workspace organization, and handle document scanning/filing. 
• Coordinate staff travel and expense reports.
• Offer general admin support, and maintain high service standards. 
• Accurately record and file accounting documents, assist with bank reconciliations, basic financial reports, and use accounting software.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. 
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
