What are we looking for?
• A bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting will be a plus.
• Experience with Tungsten Automation (former KOFAX) or another digitization/OCR tool is a plus.
• Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to observe deadlines and to deliver good results under pressure.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive attitude towards learning
• Drive for developing professionally and building long term relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilitati

What will you do?
• Invoice/documents validation – process and validate invoices through the Tungsten Automation platform.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with client specific validation rules and internal policies
• Identify and flag anomalies/exceptions or errors in invoice data
• Generate periodic reports related to invoice processing, validation metrics, processed volumes.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding invoices validation and status
• Assist on onboarding new clients or vendors to the Tungsten platform.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to invoice automation and reporting.
• Assist in organizing and executing activities necessary to meet project objectives
